A still image—or a folder of frames.

JPG does not animate. First frame produces one image; All frames / pages exports the animation as numbered stills, compositing partial frames as it goes. Download the results as a ZIP. Frame timing is not stored in the JPG files. Up to 200 frames can be exported from one GIF.

Can the JPG keep moving?

No. Keep the GIF for animation. Exporting all frames is useful when you need individual stills, but it does not create an animated JPG.

All files are processed locally. Camera metadata is not copied. Your original files are never overwritten.
